Inhambane Coast has 13 catalogued beaches. Southern Mozambique's coast, between dunes, coral reefs and some of the world's best diving spots for whale sharks and manta rays.
High season runs from July to mid-September. Outside it prices fall 30 to 50 per cent and most access points, restaurants and local transport keep running.
